In 2015, with the encouragement and support of our loved ones, we established our family-owned and operated company because of our love and passion for helping people. We currently specialize in Administrative, Office & Organizational Solutions, Medical Billing, Basic IT Support, as well as Product Designs.

About Us

Jessica’s love for office work began in 2008 while working with a company that needed a lot of organizational and administrative help. From there it soon became a passion for her to figure out how to produce business flow with optimal productivity as well as to create and design effective, long-term solutions for each unique situation and need that can arise. For six years she worked as an Office Manager in Naperville, during which time she completed a certification program as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist, since 2019 she has been working as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist/Medical Assistant in Burr Ridge.

Russ has been a geek his whole life; his first experience with computers was at ten years old when he built one from his stepdad's spare computer parts, which were laying around his office. Russ has worked in the computer industry for almost 30 years and currently provides project management, technical support, and various levels of coding configuration for several agencies nationwide as well as for Little Professional Services and their clients.
